Exchange & Return Policy

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you choose to refuse the order, it will be returned to the courier in its original condition, and only the shipping fees will apply.

• You may exchange or return your order within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the invoice. Shipping fees for exchanges and returns are the customer’s responsibility.

• If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an item different from what was ordered, we will gladly cover all shipping costs.

• If an order is canceled after it has been handed over to the shipping company and you have received the shipping confirmation message from Bosta, the shipping fees will be charged. Kindly contact us to arrange the payment.

• Shipping companies do not allow customers to try on items upon delivery. However, we do allow a quick size check in a respectful manner without causing any delay or inconvenience to the courier.

• Refunds for returned orders will be processed within 2 -5 business days after the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection.
